live change event IE javascript error

Description

if you open the testpage on IE(tested 7 and 8) and click on the chart, you get an javascript error! it should do nothing and also not throw an error

It works with jq1.3.2 It works with FF3.6

This is almost certainly a VML issue, like #7071. However, the test case does not work because Raphaël do not allow hotlinking, so I am closing this bug as invalid.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
