Description
if you open the testpage on IE(tested 7 and 8) and click on the chart, you get an javascript error!
it should do nothing and also not throw an error
It works with jq1.3.2
It works with FF3.6

This is almost certainly a VML issue, like #7071. However, the test case does not work because Raphaël do not allow hotlinking, so I am closing this bug as invalid.
