JS:

$('form input').val('some_value'); doesn't work.

$('table input').val('some_value'); work well.

this occurs while using google chrome & firefox.

Have I make a mistake or it's a bug?

The markup is invalid HTML. The form tag can't be nested inside a table that way. Wrap the table in the form instead.
