Description
It's not possible to attach a picture to a bug report... The site returns always an error page.
With the replacement flag unchecked, the returned error is:
INVALID ATTACHMENT - Attachment /bugs/bug/896: jquery-wrong-IE7-2.jpg does not exist.
and with that flag checked it is:
PERMISSION DENIED - WIKI_DELETE privileges are required to perform this operation.
Errors don't change if the user is logged in

Fixed with the Trac upgrade.
