please replace (return typeof jQuery !== "undefined" && jQuery.event.triggered !== e.type) to return typeof jQuery !== "undefined" &&e&& jQuery.event.triggered !== e.type

Thanks for submitting a ticket to the jQuery Project. Unfortunately, without any context or additional information in your ticket we're unsure what refresh bug you are actually referring to. Could you kindly provide us with both a test case on http://jsFiddle.net that reproduces the issue and also supply us with some information regarding the actual bug experienced.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
