Description
The Tutorials page at http://docs.jquery.com/Tutorials has a link to a tutorial titled "jQuery Reading Material" - Learn the details behind building jQuery plug-ins at fundamental level.
The link is broken (404 error).
BTW, the other tutorial in that section, "jQuery Beginner Tutorial in 18 minutes", is for building plugins. This should be indicated proheminently, and the link should go much below.
