Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery project but this can hardly be considered as a complete bug report as there is nothing here to indicate what the issue is, what you did to trigger it, how it can reproduced (test case!!) or that this even is a issue with jQuery core.
Please submit a reduced test case, which reproduces the issue you are experiencing, on http://jsfiddle.net. So that we can investigate this issue further.
