Thanks for the report. I've cleaned this up. Theoretically, you could edit this yourself to remove the spam (it's a wiki!), but we've had to lock the docs pages because - you guessed it - we were getting lots of spam (it's a wiki!).
If, on the off chance that eliminating spam from the jQuery docs is something that interests you, and you'd like to help out further with the effort, send me an e-mail (you should be able to find it via trac) or tweet or something, or hop into #jquery-dev on freenode and we'd be happy to get you all hooked up.
