IE8 show/hide problem?

Description

My aim was to hide google bar chart when data are empty. But if I use .hide() for the chart, put there the chart data and then use .show() chart the dates on the left side are trimmed. If I comment the row number 21, bar chart is correct.

Please provide a working test case on ​jsFiddle. This issue may be resolved as of 1.4.3.
