.submit() function is not working for Firefox

Description
I downloaded the nightly build on 8/24/2009 to see if a bug had been resolved and I noticed that none of my buttons that use the jquery submit() function are working in FireFox. I have attached the test case I created. I have confirmed that the buttons all work in IE7 and only the submit button works in FireFox. The site works with jQuery v1.3.2 and does not work when the nightly build is used instead.
