Enhance documentation for ready()

Description
It should be added to the documentation, that handlers added via $(document).ready() are fired in the order they were added. This question often arouses on the list. Maybe it is also/instead suitable for some kind of FAQ.

Fixed in SVN. Added a "See ready(Function)..." at the $(fn) shortcut docs and the explanation at ready().
