Description
If a user has disabled "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" in IE then a warning is showed in the yellow Information Bar in IE. This only happens in jQuery 1.3.2 it didn't happen in the old 1.2.6 version.
The warning message is (in IE8): "An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet Options for potential conflicts."

This is a dup of #4017 fixed in [6268] and should be in 1.3.3.
