Description
As topic says, using Chrome/Chromium and testing a $('#id child').position().top returns scroll + top. A live demo of this bug can be viewed here: http://radioaf.se/chromium-jquery-bug.html
Check it using any Chrome/Chromium browser and compare with whichever browser you have near.
