Animate border width issue in Opera

Description

Opera has a rendering bug that causes problems when setting a border width to a large non-integer value. The animate feature should be modified to work around Opera's error.

A bug has been filed with the Opera team for this issue as well.

Can't repro in Opera 10.53 and jQuery 1.4.2.
