[validate] validate all fields with same name attribute

Description
I need the "key" in "rules" to refer to all elements with that name not just the first one. I'm generating a (n)x(m) form and I need each value in (n) and (m) to be validated. Also, is there a way to specify a default for all inputs without markup and then just specify extra "rules" for individual inputs?
