.css() will change margin-left value only once in Opera 9

Hit the "Show Sidebar" button in the top left, then hit "Hide Sidebar", then "Show Sidebar" again. Works as it should... except on Opera 9.
The site's .css has margin-left at 140px. When you click hide, that is reset to 0px. (I've also tried other values, same effect.) When you click show, it should reset to 140px, and does in other browsers, but Opera (tested using 9.63) refuses to again set a new value for margin-left, and draws the sidebar right over the content.
Safe to mark as invalid; it turned out to be a jquery plugin issue, not a jquery issue.
