Window height in Safari includes scrollbar height.

In Safari (3.1.2 at least) $(window).height() results in a number which includes the horizontal scrollbar height.

jquery-1.2.6.js, line 1344-1345:

// Safari reports inner[Width/Height] just fine (Mozilla and Opera include scroll bar widths)

jQuery.browser.safari && window[ "inner" + name ] ||

I think the bug is illustrated in the comment, which states that just Mozilla and Opera include scrollbar widths, but I think this also is true for Safari.
