Datepicker - Duplication of 26th day of October in any years

Description
When I select the October month, there is the mistake with duplication of 26th. For example, current date shows incorrect.
As datepicker's presentation, 31th day of October 2008 - is the Saturday. That's wrong. For the October of 2009 - 25th day is duplicated. For the October 2011 - 30th day is duplicated.
Please, fix the bag.
