IE 6 - jquery-1.2.4b.js - droppable/draggable - scriptaculous

Description

When using IE6 and jquery-1.2.4b.js in combination with scriptaculous the item would not drag..

the position of the scriptaculous file (above or below the jquery.js) doesen't matter
