Description
On FF, IE / 3 latest versions / windows 8+7 and on chrome on windows 7 - it all works.
(seems to happen) only on chrome (Version 31.0.1650.57 m) over windows 8 (64bit)

I've checked it already on incognito before posting it.
I think it has to do with touch enabled laptop, so not sure it's a jQuery issue.

I also have Version 31.0.1650.57 m on Windows 8 64 bit and am not experiencing the problem. Please uninstall all your browser plugins or use Incognito to see if they are interfering. If you still have the issue, file a bug on the Chrome bug tracker, this doesn't seem to be a jQuery problem.
