jqDrag and jqResize IE 6.02 problem

Description

Hi. I have recently used the jQuery 1.1.3 with jqDraqNResize.

The plugin allows you to drag and resize various elements within the window. However, I have tried it with IE6 and it does not allow me to use the drag.

If I use Mozilla 2 or IE 6.5+ then it works.

Just an observation if anyone would like to take a look.
