jQuery Theme Roller Not Downloading Custom Theme

Description

Hi,

I have spent around 20 minutes (twice) on the Theme roller tool only for it not to be downloaded upon completion.

Steps to reproduce -

1. Create a completely custom theme for each section available

2. Click download & the custom theme (CSS) entered is not downloaded - default grey is shown
