Animate worked fine in IE, now has issues.

Description
This was working fine in IE for the past few months and it just stopped working. Now the flash moves away and then comes back covering the image that should be in place. Anyone know why this is messed up?

I'm seeing the issue on IE 9. I'll be able to do that this afternoon and will post it up here. Thank you!

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. If that person does not reply within 14 days, the ticket will automatically be closed, and that has happened in this case. Which version(s) of IE? Can you create a simple test case that just includes jQuery? Just put it on jsfiddle.net or jsbin.com.
