$(...).attr("defer") returns "defer" instead of actual attribute.

Description

Given <a href="" defer="foo">, $("a").attr("defer") returns "defer" instead of the expected "foo". When no attribute named "defer" is present, it returns undefined, as expected.

Since defer is a boolean attribute there would be a lot of hell to pay if it returned something falsy to users that think it should be truthy if specified at all. Is the current behavior breaking something?
