$(...).attr("defer") returns "defer" instead of actual attribute.

Description
Given <a href="" defer="foo">, $("a").attr("defer") returns "defer" instead of the expected "foo". When no attribute named "defer" is present, it returns undefined, as expected.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. Since
defer
is a boolean attribute there would be a lot of hell to pay if it returned something falsy to users that think it should be truthy if specified at all. Is the current behavior breaking something?
