validation not working correctly to dynamically added fields to the form

Description
Hi there
i have added validation to the dynamically added field on the fly. the errors are showing, bt the problem it has to stop the form, but it allowing to submit the form

Thanks for contributing, but there are several things wrong with this ticket.
1. This is not a bug report. Please ask for help on http://forum.jquery.com/
2. It does not provide a link to a valid test case showing the bug.
3. It's not related to jQuery core.
