#13215 closed bug (invalid)

Selector that contains attributes and comma separation generates in ie7 "Unspecified error."

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: anonymous
Priority: undecided Milestone: None

Description

When writing for example

$("input[type='text'], select")

That generates a "Unspecified error." in internet explorer 7 only.

Writing

$("input, select") or $("input[type='text']")

do work but when combing them with other elements with comma like in the example above, ends up in error.
