Move the Style Guide into our repository

Description

Sending potential contributors to docs.jquery.com from GitHub seems counterproductive, and makes updating this aspect of the project unnecessarily different from updating others.

Not to mention that docs.jquery.com is going away soon. Same thing goes for our "Won't Fix" page.

I always thought the style guide should be on a web site, not inside the code repo. Especially since we'd need to keep this in sync across multiple projects, since we all have the same style guide. The last time we talked about this, it was going to live on jquery.github.com, but I'm not really concerned about which site it lives on.

You make a great point. jquery.github.com will be the perfect place.

Ported over to https://github.com/jquery/jquery.github.com/issues/2 and https://github.com/jquery/jquery.github.com/issues/3.

We can close this or keep it open to track to make sure this happens by 1.9. It's up to you timmywil, dmethvin...

I can extract the relevant parts of idiotmatic.js into a new file in the jQuery repo

Won't Fix is moved over too now. https://github.com/jquery/contribute.jquery.com/commit/d8f70af6d1aa796075b946e9ea11280b341b3f6d

Once that site is live we should link to it from The Big Red Box
