$('input[type="number"][value=""]').length is 0 event if all inputs are filled with numbers

If all the inputs were filled, the
[value=""]
part would not match any of them. Perhaps I am misunderstanding? Can you please post a test case using jsfiddle.net or jsbin.com? Thanks.
