$($menu).slideUp(800);-Not working in jquery1.6.4

All bug reports should be against the latest version; jQuery 1.6.4 is very old at this point. Also, all bug reports should include a test case. I'll close this, but please start at a forum to get help in determining whether this is an actual jQuery bug.
