Description

in IE8 resisable elements like TextArea (non DIVs) will be postioned in the middle of parent container.
for example hier:
<div style="width: 500px; border: solid 1px">
<textarea style="width: 200px; height: 100px">some text</textarea>
</div>
To fix it must be for parent container dynamically changed
<container.new-padding-right> := <container.initial_effective-width> - <resizable_object.new_width>
<container.new-effective-width> := <container.initial_effective-width> - <container.new-padding-right>
