$.offset({left, top}) calculated error coordinates when style.position = "fixed"

Description
API: $.offset(coords)
An error happens on three conditions:
1、document.scrollTop > 0
2、element.style.position = "fixed"
3、element.style.display = "none"
in above case, we'll get a gap value which equals to document.scrollTop
workaround:
top - (this.css("position") != "fixed" !|| this.is(":visible") ? 0 : $(document).scrollTop())
