Non pixel length are wrong for detached elements

Description

Getting the width on an element that is not attached to the DOM where the width is not specified in pixels are not converted to pixels.

Example from the Chrome console:

var div = $("<div>")

undefined

div.width("100cm")

[<div style=​"width:​ 100cm;​ ">​</div>​]

div.width()

100

div.css('width')

"100px"

Getting the width on an element that is not attached to the DOM where the width is not specified in pixels are not converted to pixels.

Example from the Chrome console:

var div = $("<div>")

div.width("100cm")

div.width() return 100

div.css('width') returns "100px"
