scrollTop in animate in FF 10.0 not working

example:

$('html,body').animate({scrollTop: $('#results-people').offset().top-40}, 1000);

works fine in chrome but fails to animate in FF 10

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. I just wanted to state that the problem lies on Firefox's side, as document.body.scrollTop cannot be used as a setter anymore in this browser.

We're not likely to fix the problem in core as this feature has never been documented, and I'm not sure it ever worked across all browsers.

The only way left is to use window.scroll().

I'll try to write a cssHooks as a workaround.
