resizestop event isn't bubbling

Description
I am listening for JQueryUI's resizestop in a Backbone view. This worked with JQuery 1.6.4, but not with 1.7.1. It seems to only be an issue with the resize helper on.

So maybe this is a JQueryUI bug?
