$(XML.childNodes[1]).find('something').each IE9 buggy response

Description

jquery $(XML.childNodes[1]).find('something').each responds differently in IE 9

in any other browser return each "something" tag of the second child of the XML.

in IE9 returns any lbl under the XML.
