Description

I have found that if I call these and ask about a <div> element with other <div> elements it seems to get rid of all the text visibly. I have tried many different ways around this, and it seems quite consistant in IE9(not in compa mode). I have searched for a work around and cannot find it.

Thanks

I think I found some more info, I have the test project at http://jsfiddle.net/uak8P/1/ it seems it has to do with Lists, I have 2 lists on the page, and I do a 'li:first-child' and as soon as I remove the other list from the page it works fine. Hope this helps find the issue.
