jQuery not works in XHTML (application/xml+xhtml) in Chromium-browser

(but -- works in Firefox-browser)

demo-test in Opera-browser version 11.10:

test result jQuery-1.6.1: PASS (1.6.1)
test result jQuery-1.5.2: PASS (1.5.2)

Confirmed, however I'm not sure this is a valid jQuery issue

Unfortunately this isn't likely something that we'll be able to fix in the near future. Patches would be appreciated, though:  http://docs.jquery.com/Won%27t_Fix

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
