jquery serialize post twice, three time, and etc

Description
I created dynamic select..
first user select a choice then jquery load html from server (input form)
then user select again another choice then jquery load another html from server (input form)
but jquery post two times when user click post
if user select again and jquery load again...jquery will post three times..and etc
how to prevent it??

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. Additionally, test against the
jQuery (edge)version to ensure the issue still exists.
