[interface::Resizable] containment missing

Description

it would be quite cool if the resizable-plugin could have an "containment" option as the draggable-plugin has; so elements could be draggable in a specified region (specified by "containment") and the resizing could be limited to the size/borders of this specified region;

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
