jQuery 1.5 Broke drag n drop tree

Description
I updated to 1.5 and no the oldschool javascript drag0n-drop tree we have doesn't load. No biggie, the js is quite antiquated, but i'm not sure if this may affect other similar objects.

We are unable to help debug personal projects or complete solutions, however if you are able to pinpoint what in your code appears to be breaking, feel free to submit a new ticket which details the bug as well as a test case on jsFiddle reproducing it and we'll be happy to investigate.
