Description

Dears, Thank you so much for your open your lovely products to be share for everyone. I have one issue with your accordion. My issue happens when I append "<!DOCTYPE html>" in the beginning of the page.

Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery project by writing a bug report.

There are two reasons why I close this ticket:

  • Assuming you mean the jQuery UI accordion: This tracker you submitted your bug on is for jQuery core bugs only. Thus to file a report for jQuery UI you will need to re-submit your ticket to the  jQuery UI Bug Tracker for further assistance as they handle all UI-related tickets. Thanks!
  • If including a doctype messes with your accordion then probably something else is wrong with your page. For general support you can try the  #jquery irc channel on freenode or use the  jQuery Forum for support requests.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
