impossible click on plugins bug or feature link

if you are on page
in the navigation at section
"Website Bug or Feature Request?"
at the bottom
there is a link to
"issue queue "
Submit it to the jQuery Plugin website issue queue to ensure it is noticed!
It's not that easy to click that link, because it "jumps" (in Firefox 3.6.12) so you really can't hit it ...
... and even if you manage to click the link, you are redirected to a page where you can do nothing, at least not submit bugs or features as the paragraph is pronouncing...
it leads to a page which outputs:

I've updated the text and link in that block to point to the new issue tracker.
Please follow the bug reporting guidlines and use jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
