Thanks for the report. I've cleaned this up. Theoretically, you could edit this yourself to remove the spam, but we've had to lock the docs pages because - you guessed it - we were getting lots of spam.
If, on the off chance that eliminating spam from the jQuery docs is something that interests you, and you'd like to help out further with the effort, send me an e-mail (you should be able to find it via trac) or tweet or something, or hop into #jquery-dev on freenode and we'd be happy to get you all hooked up.
