Description

add enterviewport and leaveviewport events to elements. Similar to what the Bullseye plug-in offers. This is important enough to be in the main jquery codebase. Lots of website use something like this to display more content as the page is scrolled down.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
