slideUp issue with Frameset in FireFox - legend slides up with some content remaining.

Description

Using FireFox 3.6.11: Calling .slideUp hides the Frameset border, legend, but leaves any content that isn't covered by another element.

When using 1.4.4rc1 this issue no longer exists.
