Tutorial "How jQuery Works" has spam links all over it

The document at  http://docs.jquery.com/Tutorials:How_jQuery_Works has a large number of what appear to be spam links throughout the entire article. I tried to edit them out but the document is wisely locked to editing.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
