Description

I tried using 'css' to set background image. It works if I use a normal URL with a specified file. However, when I pass a link which it will generate an image(i.e. php) it failed to do so.

The link generates a 403 forbidden. Please attach a simple test case, or ask for help on the forum if you are not sure this is a jQuery core bug.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
