Description

Cursor style freeze after any animation on Chrome and Safary, until user generates some interrupt.

Please reopen with a test case that shows the problem.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
