UI/API/1.8/Dialog weird resizing

Description

Hello! UI/API/1.8/Dialog has weird content after resizing. Is it known issue or I doing something wrong? Especially it is broken in IE7 after reducing the size. Thanks.

Please retry with the latest release of jQuery UI and if there is still a problem post a bug at  http://dev.jqueryui.com with a complete test case. A screenshot will *not* be sufficient.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
