Bug that header is hidden while draging window in Firefox .NET CLR 3.5.3

How to reproduce this issue:

Use Fixfox 3.5 to visit  http://interface.eyecon.ro/demos/windows.html and open the window. Try to drag it to top of the browser. The header of the window is hidden and there is no chance to drag or close it. In MSIE it seems ok. The window will not move while mouse is out of the main form.

The interface plugins are very old (notice that they provide a download for jQuery 1.1.4 on the site). This isn't likely to be a bug in jQuery 1.4.x core, which is the subject of this bug tracker. You might be able to get some help or pointers to alternative plugins on the forum.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
