ie excutes the css("border-top-width") wrong!

Description

when I use thd css() funtion width the argument border-top-width in IE, IE shows the wrong:lack object,but in chorme firefox there is no bugger.

Please reopen with a test case.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
